Display a centered three-column grid layout that showcases detailed information for the collection list. When hovering over a collection title, the corresponding image and description displayed alongside are updated dynamically.

- In the theme editor (Customize), click Add section.
- Locate Collection tabs: Sidebar.
- Make necessary changes. > Save
